Centrelink Speech Recognition System Bot Voice


The Voice Recognition Software At Centrelink Fails To pick up my voice every time, i ring up them i get suspended and the phone ‘bot’ doesn’t recognise my voice properly then hangs up all the time (that is where i get really frustrated ) their intolerance regarding the recognition software is appalling.

Why can’t centrelink develop a new system that makes the process easier for people with a disability not to develop some sort of bias in the system as to not discriminate people with a disability.
